Note: Figure 3C in PMID:20179351 shows the Western blot analysis of WT and Tg-ELA2 (Tg) epidermal and dermal extracts, using an anti-FLAG antibody, revealing exogenous ELA2flag as pro-forms and active forms in the epidermis of transgenic animals. Figure 1 in PMID:3641189 shows sequence of mRNA corresponding to preproenzyme and presumes start site of active enzyme based on homology with porcine enzyme. |
