A tyrosine-protein kinase ZAP-70 isoform 1 phosphorylated form in which the phosphorylation occurs on several tyrosine residues through autophosphorylation and transphosphorylation by the Src family tyrosine kinase Lck, following TCR engagement. Tyrosine phosphorylation correlates with increased Zap-70 kinase activity and downstream signaling events. It has been shown that Tyr-319 in the human sequence is required for the positive regulation of ZAP-70 function.
