iPTMnet PTM and Protein information data files for release 6.2

This directory contains all iPTMnet data.

This download is provided according to the terms of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International) license.

This means that you are free to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format as long as you comply with the following terms:

• You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. When redistributing the material, citation of the original source databases (see "source" column of ptm.txt file) is required. Otherwise, you may give credit in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
