A roundabout homolog 3 that is a translation product of some mRNA whose exon structure and start site selection renders it capable of giving rise to a protein with the amino acid sequence represented by UniProtKB:Q96MS0-1 or a 1:1 ortholog thereof. Isoforms ROBO3A have a longer N-terminal sequence than isoforms ROBO3B. Isoforms ROBO3.1 have a C-terminal sequence highly enriched in arginine/serine dipeptide repeats.
